• Lead technical team, manage product development processes, and oversee software engineering and data science efforts
• Own product roadmap management and align development with customer needs and market feedback

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in SaaS and startup environments
• Experience leading technical teams in early-stage SaaS startups, driving growth to $1M+ ARR
• Proficiency in building technical strategies using Python or Node.js
• Experience developing AI/ML-powered solutions with a solid engineering foundation
• Proven ability to align technical strategy with business goals and navigate emerging tech trends
