Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in SaaS and startup environments
• Experience leading technical teams in early-stage SaaS startups
• Proficient in building and scaling technical strategies using Python or Node.js
• Experience developing AI/ML-powered solutions with a strong engineering foundation
• Proven ability to align technical strategy with business goals and drive results
