Job Summary
To enhance technical recruiting efforts for a Defense Agency, the full-time Technical Workforce Management Specialist will engage with stakeholders to define role requirements, develop targeted talent strategies, and improve candidate experiences in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with technical leaders and HR professionals to understand workforce gaps and translate mission requirements into clear role profiles
- Conduct labor-market research and develop targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies for specialized technical roles
- Analyze talent acquisition metrics to identify barriers and recommend improvements to enhance the recruiting process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least seven years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting for technical roles in fields such as cyber, network engineering, and software development
- Experience translating complex technical requirements into role profiles and candidate-facing content
- Working knowledge of federal hiring practices and the ability to collaborate with HR professionals
- Active SECRET Clearance and U.S. citizenship to meet government security requirements
