Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for product and technical documentation across Learn (admin) and Support (user) channels
• Edit, review, schedule, and publish documentation updates, ensuring consistency and accuracy
• Manage page structure, source and update screenshots, draft video scripts, and conduct accuracy reviews

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical documentation editing and review
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise product documentation publishing
• 2+ years of experience in administrative and end user support content management
• Experience with Copilot tools and understanding of Copilot powered products
• Prior experience managing technical content lifecycle activities
