Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage user documentation for the company's suite of products
Assist in the creation of a consistent and intuitive user experience
Collect user feedback and define improvement strategies

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer
Experience creating topic-based content
Working knowledge of HTML structure and ability to edit HTML code
Exposure to knowledge management systems such as Salesforce Knowledge and Confluence
Prior experience in real estate industry or accounting systems is a plus
