Responsibilities:

Translate complex product information into simple, user-friendly content
Develop product manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
Organize and maintain internal and external knowledge base

Qualifications:

2+ years of technical writing experience or 4+ years of equivalent experience
Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences
Strong command of English grammar and punctuation
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Degree or certificate in Technical Communications preferred
