Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support operational documentation and knowledge management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and job aids
- Translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly content
- Maintain relationships with Operations business units to ensure technical accuracy and alignment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of technical writing and/or editing experience
- Working knowledge of MS tools (Visio, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proficiency in process mapping using Microsoft Visio or similar tools
- Experience in documenting business processes and procedures
