Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support operational documentation and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and edit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and job aids
  • Translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly content
  • Maintain relationships with Operations business units to ensure technical accuracy and alignment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of technical writing and/or editing experience
  • Working knowledge of MS tools (Visio, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficiency in process mapping using Microsoft Visio or similar tools
  • Experience in documenting business processes and procedures
