Key Responsibilities

• Own the documentation process by writing and maintaining user-facing documentation

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support product releases and document new features

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical writer in a software, SaaS, or DevOps environment
• Understanding of containerization technologies, especially Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working with engineers and product managers to document technical details
• Familiarity with documentation frameworks and version control systems
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
