Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer for a 4-month contract position (remote US or Europe).

Key Responsibilities

Procure, write, edit, and maintain technical product user documentation
Translate complex product workflows into digestible, step-by-step documentation for a technical audience
Collaborate with Development, Product Management, Support, and Solutions Engineering to ensure technical accuracy and improve documentation usability

Required Qualifications

Native English speaker proficient in US English with 2+ years of Technical Writing experience
Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a software or technology environment
Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration
Basic understanding of DevOps, IT practices, and cloud technologies
Experience with UI and developer-facing documentation such as APIs or SDKs is a plus
