Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support a Department of Veterans Affairs project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and refine IT-related documentation for clarity and consistency
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to document data architecture and workflows
  • Develop training materials and ensure documentation aligns with project goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (English, Journalism, Computer Science, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing in IT environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with Change Management and SDLC phases
  • Software development experience (hands-on or support role)
