Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documents related to internal processes, tools, and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content requirements and refine documentation
• Audit existing documentation and propose improvements to enhance usability and streamline workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, UX writing, or information architecture
• Experience with enterprise content management systems like Confluence or RightAnswers
• Understanding of metadata and content architecture best practices
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms is preferred
• Experience working cross-functionally with subject matter experts and technologists
