Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product management to create and maintain user-focused technical documentation
• Contribute to the evolution of content development processes and writing standards
• Develop a strong understanding of the product ecosystem and user base

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of content development life cycles and processes
• 6+ years of experience in technical communication
• Experience with DITA or another XML-based structured authoring architecture
• Proven ability to independently plan and deliver documentation in a fast-paced environment
• Experience mentoring other writers and collaborating with cross-functional teams
