A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and manage content for their network visibility and security intelligence product.

Key Responsibilities

• Create UX content, in-product help, technical documentation, and communications for customer support
• Collaborate with fellow writers to enhance the overall content experience
• Support customers throughout various phases of their product experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related experience, or 4 years of experience in technical communications
• Experience drafting, editing, and validating content according to established guidelines
• Experience in a software development environment
• Ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and tools
• Creative and critical thinking skills for problem-solving
