Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer for a 4-month contract position (remote US or Europe).

Key Responsibilities

Procure, write, edit, and maintain technical product user documentation
Translate complex product workflows into digestible, step-by-step documentation for a technical audience
Collaborate with various teams to ensure technical accuracy and improve documentation usability

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Technical Writing experience in a software or technology environment
Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration
Experience with MkDocs and Markdown language
Basic understanding of DevOps, IT practices, and cloud technologies
Experience with UI and developer-facing documentation such as APIs or SDKs is a plus
