Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create content for enterprise software targeted at professional and technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality technical content in collaboration with editorial, development, and product management teams
• Draft, maintain, and edit content for release notes and publications
• Mentor new writers and influence product teams by educating them on processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent
• Experience with enterprise software preferred
• Proficient in DITA and XML authoring tools
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects
• Background in enterprise-level authentication products is a plus
