Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Writer to support cybersecurity governance and policy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with IT and Security SMEs to develop and refine cybersecurity policies and standards
• Create and standardize 20+ new security policies, ensuring alignment with frameworks like NIST CSF, PCI, and SOX
• Manage the documentation lifecycle, including stakeholder interviews, drafting, and ensuring audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist in cybersecurity or IT governance
• Strong understanding of information security principles and regulatory frameworks, particularly NIST CSF
• Experience with policy lifecycle management tools or platforms, such as AuditBoard or ServiceNow Policy Management
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical experts and translate complex information into formal documentation
• Previous exposure to the manufacturing or consumer products industry is a plus
