Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to manage technical documentation for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for enterprise-facing stakeholders
• Define and evolve documentation structure, delivery format, and templates for scalability and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information on upcoming features and changes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing for complex software products
• Proven ability to synthesize technical information into clear documentation
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and product
• Familiarity with medical and clinical terminology is a plus
• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence or Markdown-based systems is a plus
