Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support the development of secure documentation for cloud-based applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Author and maintain system documentation including Security Plans, Control Documents, and user manuals
- Translate complex technical processes into clear documentation aligned with FedRAMP and NIST standards
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across documentation
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical writing experience for cloud-based or SaaS programs
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform structure and user roles
- Experience supporting DHS or other Civilian GovCon clients in regulated environments
- Strong grasp of documentation tools and 508 compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree required
