Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Editor/Writer to develop user-centered content for online sellers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, user-centered content for a diverse audience, following established style guides
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content strategies and impactful resources
• Create clear documentation for complex technical and business subjects while managing multiple projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, technical writing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience as a technical writer, editor, or content strategist within a large global enterprise
• 2+ years of experience with a markup language such as HTML or XML
• Working knowledge of Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA)
• Experience managing content projects, including review and localization
