Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to develop documentation for in-house tools supporting their flagship title.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain user-facing documentation including guides, FAQs, and release notes
• Develop concise in-app help and tooltips to assist users at the point of need
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or a similar role
• Familiarity with SaaS products and general software development terminology
• Experience writing for a SaaS application or working in a software development environment
• Basic understanding of documentation tools such as Google Docs or Confluence
