Key Responsibilities

• Develop product documentation, onboarding guides, and technical resources for various customer personas
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand customer needs and enhance documentation processes
• Lead the creation of a refreshed library of onboarding materials and become a Subject-Matter-Expert for products and services

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in technical writing, software development, UX writing, or IT administration
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools like CMSs, JIRA, Docker, and GitHub
• Experience in cloud software development and deployment cycles
• A passion for internet security and user empowerment
• Ability to work in a remote environment with a focus on collaboration
