Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and enhance documentation for wireless telecommunications equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit existing documentation to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and understand the audience
• Develop customer-facing documents, including installation guides, user manuals, and troubleshooting documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a technical writer in telecom, networking, or hardware environments
• Proven ability to produce high-quality, structured documentation for technical products
• Experience writing for both technical implementers and broader customer audiences
• Familiarity with networking infrastructure and telecom protocols
• Background in engineering or technical deployment roles is preferred
