Technical Writer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support their team with various projects remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update technical documentation in compliance with new government cloud requirements
- Collaborate with internal employees and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy in documentation
- Document technical deployment steps and update installation processes for software releases
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical writing
- Experience with MadCap Flare is highly preferred
- Experience with complete enterprise software documentation is preferred
- Ability to work remotely during EST hours
- Familiarity with documentation processes related to cloud and government requirements
