Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain technical documentation for products and features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and gather information by interviewing subject matter experts and testing products
  • Write, edit, and organize clear and concise technical documentation adhering to style guidelines
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure documentation accuracy and maintain it with product changes
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years advanced degree required; Bachelor's preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or documentation
  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as Google Docs and basic knowledge of XML/HTML/CSS
  • Experience with API documentation and understanding of RESTful APIs
  • Basic project management skills for managing documentation projects and meeting deadlines
