Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the content writing team and program managers to prioritize content needs
• Gather information from stakeholders to create and update customer-ready content
• Deliver high-quality documentation following team tools, processes, and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical writing experience, particularly in IT pro and DevOps content
• Experience writing documentation for Azure and/or Windows Server is a plus
• Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient
• Familiarity with Markdown and GitHub is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Journalism, English, Computer Science, or related field preferred; work experience may substitute for degree
