Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer specializing in Jira and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation in Confluence
• Translate Jira activity into clear, structured documentation and publish updates
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and clarity

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira
• Proven ability to structure and maintain Confluence spaces
• Background in technical writing, documentation management, or knowledge management
• Experience supporting engineering, operations, compliance, or regulated teams
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
