Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer (Temp) to create and enhance documentation within the Customer Advisory Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain Help Center content, including user guides and troubleshooting articles
  • Communicate complex concepts in an engaging and easily understood manner for various audiences
  • Organize and structure Help Center content for improved navigation and user experience
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical writing experience in a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing an end-to-end documentation creation process
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity confidently
  • Experience with content creation in multiple mediums, including infographics
  • Familiarity with Zendesk is preferred
