Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer (Temp) to create and enhance documentation within the Customer Advisory Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain Help Center content, including user guides and troubleshooting articles
- Communicate complex concepts in an engaging and easily understood manner for various audiences
- Organize and structure Help Center content for improved navigation and user experience
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical writing experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience managing an end-to-end documentation creation process
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity confidently
- Experience with content creation in multiple mediums, including infographics
- Familiarity with Zendesk is preferred
