Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain high-quality documentation for their products.

Key Responsibilities

• Author, edit, and maintain various product documentation including user guides and API documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with product intent and user needs
• Establish documentation standards and continuously improve content based on user feedback and product evolution

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role in a software or technology company
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience working with Product Managers and Engineers in agile environments
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence and Git-based workflows
• Understanding of UX writing principles and user-centered documentation design
