Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain documentation and learning resources for its platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in the platform and create high-quality documentation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain user guides, integration documentation, and in-app content
• Create interactive learning resources such as videos and demos, and manage the internal documentation ticketing system

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in writing technical documentation, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience in managing documentation end-to-end from input gathering to publishing
• Familiarity with project tracking tools, content management platforms, and basic web technologies
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and its relation to documentation
• A university degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
