Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to produce clear and user-friendly documentation for an IT initiative focused on addiction recovery and mental health.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CIO to document the current IT landscape and define future-state roadmaps
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible language for various audiences
• Research, write, and edit technical manuals, user guides, and standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• Proven experience documenting technical systems or software development
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Confluence
• Ability to understand and document complex technical systems and APIs
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
