Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer (Remote - US).

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and refine technical content, including user guides and API references
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to ensure technical accuracy
• Engage in hands-on product testing to ensure documentation is practical and user-centric

Required Qualifications:

• Technical background in technology through education and/or experience
• Experience writing user-centric technical documentation for technical audiences
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira), wikis (e.g., Confluence), and versioning platforms (e.g., GitLab)
• Experience with markup languages (e.g., markdown, HTML, AsciiDoc)
• Interest or experience with computer networking or Internet security is a plus
