Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and manage documentation for identity verification solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation including release notes, user documentation, integration guides, API references, and SDK documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information from engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts
• Manage documentation projects from conception through publication, ensuring deadlines are met while balancing multiple priorities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional technical writing experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or developer-focused products
• Proven expertise with MadCap Flare for authoring, managing, and publishing technical content
• Strong experience with GitHub for version control
• Fluency in written English and Spanish is required for one of the openings
• Experience working in agile development environments
