Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and update content for identity and network access management products.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather information from stakeholders to create customer-ready content
• Create and update articles to reflect the latest features and improve content freshness and SEO
• Author documentation, validate configurations, and respond to reviewer feedback

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical writing experience, particularly in creating IT pro content
• Familiarity with the Security, Compliance, and Identity Cloud space is a bonus
• Experience with AI tools is preferred
• Familiarity with markdown and GitHub is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Journalism, English, or Computer Science
