Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support customer communications and documentation in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT engineers and subject matter experts to gather technical information for communications and training materials
• Create and adapt written deliverables, incorporating feedback while maintaining the original message intent
• Translate technical changes into concise, business-focused insights for non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years of experience as a communications or technical writer
• Bachelor's degree in writing, technical writing, journalism, or a related discipline; or four (4) additional years of experience may substitute for a degree
• Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple disciplines
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
