Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer who operates with the mindset of a Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the "Product Owner" for all documentation related to assigned hardware and software
• Proactively attend sprint reviews and stakeholder meetings to identify documentation gaps
• Design and develop high-quality technical content within a CCMS, managing API and hardware documentation

Required Qualifications

• Proven technical writing experience in a fast-paced software or hardware environment
• Intermediate to advanced experience with structured authoring tools such as Paligo
• Experience producing content for product adoption platforms like WalkMe or Pendo
• Comfortable working with API documentation and exposure to hardware documentation tools
• Ability to thrive in less structured environments and set personal goals independently
