Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the help center documentation, ensuring structured content and navigation
• Manage and publish release notes in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
• Create task-based guides and in-product guidance for diverse user audiences

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience writing product documentation for enterprise SaaS
• Hands-on experience with Git-based documentation workflows
• Ability to understand and document complex systems through collaboration
• Proven experience writing clear content for both technical and non-technical users
• Experience using Jira or similar tools for managing documentation requests and priorities
