Job Summary
A company is looking for an Integrate and Sustain Technical Writer.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with authors and team members to review and finalize technical documents
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other technical materials
- Gather information from end users and convert it into clear, user-friendly content
Required Qualifications
- Four years of experience writing and editing technical information for complex IT systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other standard office tools
- Experience preparing and distributing technical meeting minutes or working-session notes
- Ability to develop documentation suitable for training purposes
- AA degree or completion of a two-year technical program in a related field, or equivalent experience
