Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and update documentation and training materials for their platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze technical and product information to support documentation of new or updated features
• Maintain up-to-date technical and non-technical materials, including manuals and training content
• Facilitate collaboration with technical teams to document software platform issues and deliver training to users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, writing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical writer or in a related role
• Strong skills in creating process documentation and training materials
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle with experience in Agile or cloud-based products
• Proficiency in MS Word and experience with topic-based authoring tools
