Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Technical Writer to create and maintain documentation for their product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, API documentation, SOPs, and release notes
Review and edit existing documentation for accuracy and effectiveness
Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce clear technical specifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a similar field
3 - 4 years of experience in technical writing or procedural writing
Familiarity with CMS and version control programs, preferably Git
Basic understanding of RESTful API standards, including JSON output
Experience with B2B SaaS industry standards and Agile workflows is a plus
