Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain documentation for client health benefit plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit plan documents, amendments, and summaries in compliance with regulatory standards
- Support clients with health plan legislation and assist with documentation-related inquiries
- Participate in training and direct tasks related to client documents and amendments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
- Technical writing experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
- Knowledge of medical and legal terminology
- Experience with compliance training related to health plans
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
