Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain documentation for client health benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and edit plan documents, amendments, and summaries in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Support clients with health plan legislation and assist with documentation-related inquiries
  • Participate in training and direct tasks related to client documents and amendments
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
  • Technical writing experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
  • Knowledge of medical and legal terminology
  • Experience with compliance training related to health plans
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
