Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to develop and maintain documentation for products and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, including Blockchain & API documentation, process flows, and user guides
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), developers, and product teams to gather information and ensure technical accuracy
• Review existing documentation to identify gaps and translate internal notes into client-friendly, public-facing content

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer supporting technical teams
• Working familiarity with DLT, Blockchain, and Tokenization concepts
• Proficiency with SharePoint and an understanding of smart contracts
• Experience creating API documentation and technical process flows
