Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and workflow documentation across Technical Operations
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex procedures into usable documentation
• Audit existing documentation for accuracy and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience documenting technical or operational processes in relevant environments
• Ability to organize complexity into structured frameworks
• Experience working with engineers, operators, and project managers
• Familiarity with documentation governance standards
• Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus
