Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to standardize occupational position descriptions across Veterans Integrated Service Networks and Health Service Areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and consolidate existing position descriptions to identify commonalities and inconsistencies
  • Develop standardized position descriptions and ensure clarity and usability of documentation
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to validate content and ensure technical accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing or program management support
  • Experience developing position descriptions or occupational documentation
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in gap analyses
  • Familiarity with federal classification standards
