Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer to standardize occupational position descriptions across Veterans Integrated Service Networks and Health Service Areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and consolidate existing position descriptions to identify commonalities and inconsistencies
- Develop standardized position descriptions and ensure clarity and usability of documentation
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to validate content and ensure technical accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing or program management support
- Experience developing position descriptions or occupational documentation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in gap analyses
- Familiarity with federal classification standards
