Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain clear and structured documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactively extract complex technical concepts from Subject Matter Experts for clarity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and improve documentation quality

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences
• Experience in editing and reviewing technical documentation
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple documentation streams
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration with software engineers
