Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to join their product management team in Hem, France.

Key Responsibilities

• Create technical product documentation according to the DITA standard in German and English
• Coordinate the content of documentation with developers and the product team, and manage external translations
• Produce product change logs and release notes, and answer product-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Technical Writing, International Technical Communication, or a comparable qualification
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Experience with translation management systems such as memoQ or LingoHub
• Familiarity with content creation using DITA
• Understanding of software development and SaaS products is preferred
