Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation including user guides, SOPs, and API documentation
• Partner with subject matter experts to gather and validate documentation requirements
• Manage documentation lifecycle, ensuring consistency and supporting documentation for system implementations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in IT, software, or engineering environments
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, or MadCap Flare
• Familiarity with markup languages like HTML, XML, or Markdown
