Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer and Documentation Specialist to develop and maintain documentation for a federal website maintenance and design effort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and maintain monthly progress reports, summaries, SOPs, guides, and internal process documentation
  • Prepare operational and technical documents related to website maintenance, configuration, and transition activities
  • Support meeting documentation, action items, and task-tracking updates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, technical writing, public health, information systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation, editing, or federal reporting support
  • Experience preparing SOPs, user guides, progress reports, or operational documentation
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical or programmatic information into clear written products
