Technical Writer, a full-time position responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and instructional content for customers and internal staff while utilizing AI tools for content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, create, organize, and maintain documentation and software support content
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather product details and create instructional content
• Edit and update materials based on software updates and user feedback

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience writing software user guides and training materials preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and/or Google Suite
• Ability to convert technical information into clear, layman-friendly prose
• Experience managing technical writing projects
• Highly organized and deadline-oriented
