Job Summary

Technical Writer, responsible for creating and editing technical documentation while collaborating with subject matter experts, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and understand technical information
• Write and edit technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Update existing documentation to reflect changes in technology or processes

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of information technology concepts, systems, and processes
• 2+ years of related experience
• Technical training, certification(s), or degree
• Previous exposure to Ruby on Rails frameworks is a major plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
