Job Summary

Technical Writer, responsible for creating clear and user-friendly documentation for the United States Patent and Trademark Office, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed workflow diagrams and process documentation
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to translate technical concepts into accessible content
• Develop and maintain user manuals, installation guides, and product documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Office and Visio
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Experience in writing and editing technical documents and user manuals
• Strong organizational skills
